Subject : One year ago, the interdepartmental committee of the territory development of December 13, 2002 had retained the principle of a national strategy of reinforcement of the metropolitan offer of France in Europe. This document, presented at the CIADT of December 18, 2003, is a first concretization of this strategy. It specifies the broad outline of the diagnosis as for the influence of the French metropolises and the measurements taken by the State to accompany them in their European ambition.
